As a veteran in hospitality education with more than 20 years of international experience I am very proud to be the founder of Training Solutions. Throughout my career, I have worked on the premise that previously conceived standards of excellence can always be exceeded. It was this passion for achieving excellence in customer service within the hospitality industry that led me to become a specialist in the training of Corporate Flight Attendants; it is also what makes the service we provide at Training Solutions world class. 

I strongly believe that the pursuit of excellence must come from the heart. A sense of personal pride, attention to detail, dedication to your duty and above all sincerity and warmth ensure that clients' wants and needs are fulfilled. Ultimately, as a Corporate Flight Attendant grows in self-confidence, following our intensive skills and knowledge-based training, they learn to anticipate the clients' desires and satisfy even their unexpressed wishes. 

My philosphy is rooted in this very personal and detailed approach. It is what I believe in that has led to the success I have enjoyed throughout my career and what I now intend to pass onto you and your business through our prestigious and rigorous training programme. 

This uncompromising personal service extends to the close relationships I build with my clients. I recognize the demands made on our business in today's fast paced and ever changing world and endeavour to alleviate those effects by operating a very lean structure with, for example, no office rent and non-participation in expensive Business Aviation fairs. The resulting reduction in unnecessary costs has enabled me to maximize the benefits for you the client and set new standards in creating a value-led, market-leading, tailor-made Corporate Flight Attendant Training Programme.
